Andrew Buker is the Assistant Vice President for Infrastructure Services in the office of Information Technology Services at the University of Nebraska. He provides leadership in support of systems, networks, telecommunications, and data centers. His teams also partner closely with the State of Nebraska Office of the Chief Information Officer in managing Network Nebraska, Nebraska’s research and educational network. Andrew holds a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems and an MBA, both from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. He is also an alum of Boston University’s The CIO Pocket MBA and MOR Associates’ Information Technology Leaders Program (ITLP). Andrew is currently serving on Nebraska’s Rural Broadband Taskforce and the Midwestern Higher Education Compact (MHEC)’s Technology Committee.
